Med spa marketing services in Virginia
Local SEO for med spas

Med spa website design
A med spa website in Virginia should answer the treatments patients already look up, starting with Botox and lip filler. We design those pages so the next step is a consultation request.
Social media management
Before they book, Virginia patients compare clinic photos and results for Botox. We plan posts that name the treatment and send people to the matching page on your site.
Paid ads (Google and Meta)
Google and Meta ads for clinics in Virginia should open the treatment pages patients are already searching. We set that up after the audit, so ad spend lands on a page that can take the booking.

Why marketing a med spa in Virginia is different
- Keep a record of who approved each ad and the evidence behind every claim for two years. For a practice with more than one practitioner, Virginia requires it.
- Laser hair removal pages can name the supervising physician or APRN and explain the consultation before the first session.
- Sell injectables as a consultation with a prescriber, since nurses in Virginia inject under a prescriber's direction and supervision.
How we help Virginia clinics get more consultations
1. Free audit
We review the website, Google Business Profile, local visibility, and the path to a consultation request for the Virginia clinic.
2. Fix the leaks
We repair the gaps the audit finds: missing treatment pages, a profile that does not match the site, and a booking step that is hard to finish.
3. Grow local visibility
We publish the pages and profile details Virginia patients are searching for, then keep them current.
4. Report monthly
Each month you see what went live and which consultation requests your clinic chooses to count.

Rules for med spa marketing in Virginia
Virginia's rules for med spa services sit in the Code of Virginia and board regulations: nurses administer drugs under a prescriber's direction and supervision, the Boards of Medicine and Nursing have specific rules for laser hair removal, and the Board of Medicine's advertising rule requires records behind every ad.
Injectables and delegation
- Under Code of Virginia § 54.1-3408, a prescriber may administer drugs or have them administered by a nurse, physician assistant or intern under the prescriber's direction and supervision.
- § 54.1-2901 lets licensed practitioners delegate to personnel they supervise only activities that are nondiscretionary and do not require the exercise of professional judgment, with the practitioner assuming responsibility for them.

Laser hair removal
- A physician (18VAC85-20-91) or an APRN (18VAC90-30-124) may perform or supervise laser hair removal after training in skin physiology, skin typing and patient selection, laser safety, operation of the device and management of complications, including at least 10 proctored patient cases. Those who were performing laser hair removal before August 7, 2019, are exempt from that training.
- Laser hair removal may be delegated to a properly trained person under direction and supervision, meaning the supervising doctor or APRN is readily available while treatment is performed. The supervisor need not be physically present but must see and evaluate any patient with a complication before treatment continues. A delegate who is not a licensed PA or nurse practitioner must have completed the same training.

Advertising
- 18VAC85-20-30 bars Board of Medicine licensees from advertising information that is false, misleading or deceptive.
- In a practice with more than one practitioner, the practice must document which practitioner is responsible for each ad's content and keep that record for at least two years. Documentation supporting any claim in an ad must also be kept for the Board's review for at least two years.
