Medical Spa Marketing
Patient acquisition for established med spas
GetPatientNow turns online visitors into booked consultations. This page is the work for an independent med spa: the website, search, the Google Business Profile, and the booking path.

Why med spa marketing is different
Check the page, the profile, and the request
A visitor comparing clinics looks at the treatment page, the map listing, and the form. If those three disagree, another channel will not fix the request.
Pages for the treatments you offer
Injectables, laser, body contouring, and skin are examples. Publish only what the clinic actually does.
Reviews without a scheme
Ask after a visit. Do not offer a reward for a rating, and do not script the words.
One next step
The consultation request uses the same phone number as the Google Business Profile.

What the audit checks
Site, profile, booking path
Everything a med spa needs to grow
Each service below is a piece of the path from a visit to the site to a consultation request.
Free Patient Leak Audit
GetPatientNow reviews the clinic website, Google Business Profile, local visibility, and booking flow, and replies with what was reviewed. No ranking or consultation count is promised.

Repeat revenue
The second visit is an operations question
Memberships and packages only help if the first consultation request reaches a person. Write who replies, then decide what a returning client should hear.
Win the first consult
A treatment page and a profile that name the same visit.
Automate the comeback
A reminder the clinic is willing to send, with a way to opt out.
Turn clients into promoters
A review ask after the visit, with no reward tied to a rating.

A named follow-up
Someone owns the reply
What this work includes
This page does not publish a traffic percentage, a map ranking, a star rating, or a client count. The work is the review and the build.
Treatment pages
Pages for services the clinic actually offers. Examples for a med spa include injectables, laser, body contouring, and skin. The page does not claim those treatments were sold to a named client.
Google Business Profile
The profile’s categories, services, photos, and the link a visitor uses to request a consultation.
Local visibility
How the clinic is described for med spa and aesthetic searches in its own city, without a promised map position.
Booking flow
The path from a page to a form, a phone call, or an online request, and where that path can stall.
How an audit request works
The form asks for a review. It does not start a contract or promise a result.
Step 1
Request the free patient leak audit
Send the clinic name, website, and city. Phone is optional.
Step 2
We review four surfaces
Website, Google Business Profile, local visibility, and the booking flow.
Step 3
We reply with the review
The reply describes what was reviewed. It does not promise a ranking or a consultation count.
Step 4
A next step is separate
Any working agreement comes after the review, and only if both sides want to continue.
Questions doctors ask us
Can you advertise injectables and laser treatments compliantly?
Platforms restrict health claims and some before-and-after images. Campaigns should use the clinic’s real treatments and a destination page that does not promise an outcome. If a claim would be rejected, it should not run.
Do you create the content, or do we?
The clinic has to approve what is public. Photos of patients need consent for that use. A useful post names the clinic, the city, and how to request a consultation.
How do you help us get more reviews?
Ask people who visited, after the visit, with one link to the correct profile. Do not pay for a rating or hand them a script. Reply without repeating private details. The reviews guide on this site lists the limits.
We sell memberships. Can marketing support that?
Only if the membership is real and the front desk quotes it the same way. The page can explain how to ask about it. It should not promise that a visitor will join.
