Med spa website design
A med spa website in North Carolina should answer the treatments patients already look up, starting with Botox and lip filler. We design those pages so the next step is a consultation request.
Social media management
Before they book, North Carolina patients compare clinic photos and results for Botox. We plan posts that name the treatment and send people to the matching page on your site.
Paid ads (Google and Meta)
Google and Meta ads for clinics in North Carolina should open the treatment pages patients are already searching. When you offer medical weight loss, semaglutide gets its own page and its own ads. We set that up after the audit, so ad spend lands on a page that can take the booking.

Why marketing a med spa in North Carolina is different
- Market injectables as consultation-first. North Carolina expects a prescriber's evaluation and order before a nurse treats, so an "instant Botox" walk-in message works against you.
- Laser hair removal pages can explain the exam before the first session. It answers a question patients already have and matches the Medical Board's position.
- Name each injector's license (RN, NP, PA) in staff bios. It shows patients who is treating them and reflects how the rules assign responsibility.

Rules for med spa marketing in North Carolina
North Carolina's guidance for med spas comes from two boards: the Board of Nursing's position statement on cosmetic and aesthetic procedures, which covers injectables, and the Medical Board's position on laser surgery, which covers laser hair and tattoo removal.
Injectables and other nurse-performed procedures
- The Board of Nursing says RNs and LPNs may perform cosmetic and aesthetic procedures, including neuromodulator and dermal filler injections, chemical peels and aesthetic lasers, when a physician, NP, PA or other practitioner with prescriptive authority has evaluated the client and issued an order.
- An RN does not need the prescriber on site. An LPN needs on-site supervision by an RN, physician, NP, PA or other licensed practitioner. The nurse must have documented competency, and the facility's cosmetic and emergency policies must be available.
- Clients who come in and choose a treatment without a prescriber's evaluation and order may be treated by a nurse only under a separate electrolysis or cosmetic art license, within what that license allows. The statement also notes that LPNs may not own a professional nursing business under North Carolina law.

Lasers, laser hair removal and tattoo removal
- The Medical Board considers the structural alteration of tissue with a laser to be surgery, to be performed by a physician or by a licensed professional working within scope with appropriate training and under a physician's supervision, preferably on site. Licensees should use FDA-approved devices.
- For laser hair and tattoo removal, the Board's position is that a physician, PA or NP licensed or approved by the Board should examine each patient before the first treatment, and that the supervising physician should be on site or readily available. Licensed electrologists who are laser hair practitioners may perform laser hair removal, but not tattoo removal, under physician supervision.
