Raleigh–Durham plastic surgery marketing

Plastic Surgery Marketing in Raleigh–Durham, NC

Raleigh–Durham patients search Cary, Durham and Chapel Hill separately, and they ask about non-surgical options too. We help independent practices cover each town and each option.

We found 173 plastic surgery listings across Raleigh and Durham, and only 9 showed a Book online button. Leaving out listings named after one doctor, the median listing had 56 reviews. Cary drew 6 area suggestions and Durham 5, and liquid rhinoplasty and liquid BBL came up 4 times each. We build the area and procedure pages, reviews and booking path that bring those patients in.

Plastic surgery marketing services in Raleigh–Durham

  • Local SEO for plastic surgeons

Chapel Hill and Wake Forest drew 4 plastic surgery suggestions each and Apex 3, and 7 searches ended in near me. Pages for Raleigh, Durham and the towns you serve lead into breast augmentation and tummy tuck content.

  • Google Business Profile optimization

65 of 172 Triangle med spa listings showed a Book online button; only 9 of 173 plastic surgery listings did. We add consultation requests to your profile and enter breast augmentation, tummy tuck, breast reduction and fat transfer as services, so the listing does the explaining before the first call.

  • Plastic surgery website design

Raleigh–Durham patients named upper blepharoplasty 3 times, and lower blepharoplasty and mini facelift twice. Surgical and non-surgical options get pages side by side, so patients comparing liquid and surgical rhinoplasty find a clear answer and a consultation form.

  • Reviews and social media

The first three listings in the map results had 504, 44 and 168 reviews, and 14 of 173 had 500 or more. A weekly review routine grows your practice listing, every review gets a reply, and surgeon-led posts keep patients engaged.

  • Paid ads (Google and Meta)

Ads for breast augmentation and tummy tuck are budgeted for Raleigh, Durham and Cary separately. With 16 cost-related suggestions, price searches go to a page that explains consultations, and retargeting follows up with visitors.

How we collected this data

Sources and what we could not collect

Collected September 26, 2026

  • Google Maps: we searched Google Maps for plastic surgeons in Raleigh, NC and Durham, NC on September 26, 2026 and reviewed the 173 listings it returned, counting star ratings, review counts and Book online buttons. Google Maps stops at about 120 results per search, so these counts come from these searches and are not a full census. Listing names aren't published.
  • Listings named after one doctor: many Google listings belong to an individual doctor rather than a practice (the name starts with Dr. or includes a credential such as MD). They often have few or no reviews, which pulls the median down, so we also show the median without them. Practices branded with a doctor's name are left out of that second figure too.
  • Search suggestions: Google's public autocomplete suggestions for 42 searches, such as a procedure plus the city name, in U.S. English. We removed suggestions that name a specific practice or hospital, point to another place with the same name, or have nothing to do with the specialty.
  • Med spa comparison: the med spa booking figures come from the same kind of Google Maps search for med spas in this metro, collected on the same day.

What we could not collect

  • Google's regular (non-map) search results: The service we use to read those results blocked our requests on September 26, 2026, so we did not retry.
  • Google Trends interest over time: Google Trends turned our requests away as too many on September 26, 2026.
  • The full Google results page, including ads: Google blocked our requests as unusual traffic on September 26, 2026.
  • How many practices Yelp lists: Yelp blocked automated requests on September 26, 2026.
  • A complete count of every plastic surgery practice in the metro: No public source gives one, and Google Maps shows only about 120 results per search.
  • How many people search for each procedure: Autocomplete shows which searches exist, not how often they happen, and search-volume tools were not available to us.
