Los Angeles plastic surgery marketing
Plastic Surgery Marketing in Los Angeles, CA
In Los Angeles, Pasadena drew twice as many plastic surgery searches as Beverly Hills. We help independent practices win the neighborhoods where patients actually search.
Pasadena (8 suggestions) and Encino (5) out-searched Beverly Hills (4) and Santa Monica (3) in our Los Angeles sample. Rhinoplasty was the procedure Google attached to plain plastic surgeon searches, and only 2 of 113 listings had 500 or more reviews, with the top one at 1,004. We build area and procedure pages and a review routine for a market that is less locked up than it looks.
Plastic surgery marketing services in Los Angeles
Local SEO for plastic surgeons
West Hollywood and Manhattan Beach drew 2 plastic surgery suggestions each, beside Pasadena, Encino, Beverly Hills and Santa Monica. Every area you serve gets a page linked to your rhinoplasty and breast augmentation pages, so each neighborhood search finds a relevant page.
Google Business Profile optimization
Even in Los Angeles, only 14 of 113 plastic surgery listings offered booking from Google Maps. A consultation request link puts you ahead of most of them; rhinoplasty, breast augmentation and eyelid surgery entries and current photos do the rest.
Plastic surgery website design
Los Angeles patients named lower blepharoplasty 3 times and vampire breast lift twice, and asked about double eyelid surgery and scarless breast lift. Pages for those options include candidacy, recovery and cost sections, and 17 cost-related suggestions say pricing needs explaining.
Reviews and social media
The first three Los Angeles listings in the map results had 448, 60 and 121 reviews, so position is not decided by review count alone. A steady review routine, prompt replies and surgeon-led posts on rhinoplasty results and recovery build the rest.
Paid ads (Google and Meta)
Pasadena, Encino and the Westside draw different patients, so rhinoplasty and breast augmentation ads are split by area. Retargeting keeps your practice in front of people comparing surgeons, and monthly reports show requests from each area.

3. Grow local visibility
We publish the procedure and area pages Los Angeles patients are searching for, then keep them current.
4. Report monthly
Each month you see what went live and which consultation requests your practice chooses to count.

Questions about plastic surgery marketing in Los Angeles
Do you work with plastic surgery practices in Los Angeles?
Yes. We work with practices across the U.S., including Los Angeles, and handle everything remotely: audits, strategy calls and reporting.
How long does plastic surgery SEO take in Los Angeles?
Results typically take months, and no agency can guarantee rankings.
What does plastic surgery marketing cost?
It depends on the practice and which services you want. This site does not publish a price list. The Free Patient Leak Audit comes first. A price is discussed only after that review, and only if both sides want to continue.
Which procedures should a plastic surgery practice in Los Angeles target online?
Lead with rhinoplasty, the procedure attached to plain Los Angeles searches, then breast augmentation and blepharoplasty. Build area pages for Pasadena and Encino before Beverly Hills: they drew more searches.
Do you only work with plastic surgery practices?
No. We work with independent med spas, aesthetic clinics, dermatology practices and plastic surgery practices, with a focus on aesthetic and cosmetic growth.
What does the Free Patient Leak Audit cover?

How we collected this data
Sources and what we could not collect
Collected September 26, 2026
- Google Maps: we searched Google Maps for plastic surgeons in Los Angeles, CA on September 26, 2026 and reviewed the 113 listings it returned, counting star ratings, review counts and Book online buttons. Google Maps stops at about 120 results per search, so these counts come from one search and are not a full census. Listing names aren't published.
- Listings named after one doctor: many Google listings belong to an individual doctor rather than a practice (the name starts with Dr. or includes a credential such as MD). They often have few or no reviews, which pulls the median down, so we also show the median without them. Practices branded with a doctor's name are left out of that second figure too.
- Search suggestions: Google's public autocomplete suggestions for 42 searches, such as a procedure plus the city name, in U.S. English. We removed suggestions that name a specific practice or hospital, point to another place with the same name, or have nothing to do with the specialty.
- Med spa comparison: the med spa booking figures come from the same kind of Google Maps search for med spas in this metro, collected on the same day.
What we could not collect
- Google's regular (non-map) search results: The service we use to read those results blocked our requests on September 26, 2026, so we did not retry.
- Google Trends interest over time: Google Trends turned our requests away as too many on September 26, 2026.
- The full Google results page, including ads: Google blocked our requests as unusual traffic on September 26, 2026.
- How many practices Yelp lists: Yelp blocked automated requests on September 26, 2026.
- A complete count of every plastic surgery practice in the metro: No public source gives one, and Google Maps shows only about 120 results per search.
- How many people search for each procedure: Autocomplete shows which searches exist, not how often they happen, and search-volume tools were not available to us.
